Ryan Keeping is attempting to break the record for the fastest time to run the entire Ring Road of Iceland.
I’m running the entire Ring Road — a full lap of Iceland. Over 1,300 km, averaging more than 100 km a day. The current record is 16 days, 10 hours. I’m not here to just break it — I’m here to set it by multiple days.
Running is how I express myself. My passion is pushing my body as far as it will go — and I want that to show you that you can do the same. Life is short. Whatever sets your soul on fire, chase it. Don’t wait. Don’t watch from the sidelines.
I don’t want people to just watch this run — I want them to feel it, to get up, to move, to push themselves, to chase whatever makes them come alive.
The best way to inspire someone isn’t by talking about it — it’s by living at full intensity and showing that anything is possible if you go all in. This run is for you. It’s a reminder that your passions matter, and that you need to go after them with everything you’ve got.
